On January 28, a new residential building was inaugurated in Zarinsk at the intersection of Metallurgov Street and Builders Avenue. It turned out to be the first one built in the city in the last 20 years.
The eight-storey house was built and commissioned by the local construction company "KHM-Altai" according to the project of spacious, spacious apartments.
The house has 61 apartments ranging from 70 to 139 sq. m. with a ceiling height of 3 meters. There is a Playground and a recreation area in the courtyard, a landscaped territory is fenced, underground and house parking is organized.
The chairman of the Zarinsky City Assembly of Deputies Tatyana Tsaberyabaya, who spoke at the opening ceremony, is sure that this is an epoch-making event for residents. "You probably all remember this uncomfortable territory with all the signs of a swamp on which this handsome house grew up. Magnificent apartments, comfortable living conditions. Therefore, I congratulate the builders on the delivery of the house! Congratulations to the residents of the city that we received this house as a gift and changed the center of our city! And I envy those homeowners who will purchase it, because the builders have done everything to create comfortable living conditions for them."
Deputy of the Altai Regional Legislative Assembly from Zarinsk and Zarinsky district, head of the United Russia faction in the AKZS Sergey Pribov noted at the opening:
- Of course, this is a historic moment. We have known this site for a long time. The city needs new housing. It will be the most modern new house with finishing. I would like this to be a symbolic moment for the development of the "new city".
Chairman of the Board of Directors of "KHM-Altai" Boris Ivanov revealed in more detail the history of construction:
"This project was conceived by us of a large social orientation. The fact is that we have a seasonal nature of work at the enterprise, many employees are on business trips for up to six months or even more. And in order to fill these pauses, to have an object in the city, to support families. I am sure that children's laughter will constantly sound in this house, because the first entrance, thanks to the financial support, first of all, of the leadership of the region, the personal initiative of Sergei Nikolaevich Priba, the dormitory of the Zarinsky Technical School was located here."
Sergey Fufaev, General Director of Trust Koksokhimmontazh JSC, congratulated KHM-Altai on another successfully completed project in the Altai Territory.
